Parisian Faux Photo Album Project by Sarah Meehan
Glue two sheets of paper from Somerset Artist Paper Pack 2back to back. Fold the double-sided sheet and two other complimentary sheets in half to form creases. Align the two complimentary sheets to form pockets, and stitch around the outer edges.
Trim the album to the desired size (trim close to the edge of your stitching). Stamp portrait images from April in Paris stamp sheet onto a sheet of glossy paper with black ink and let dry thoroughly.
Tear a piece of the same paper as the outer cover, and trim an oval the same size as the male portrait stamp. Cut the male portrait from the sheet and sandwich between the cover and the torn piece using glue.
Accent the outer and inner covers with"Paris" and postmark images from the April in Paris stamp sheet. Cut remaining images from the glossy paper (leaving a white boarder to give a faux photo feel) and place into the album.
Try adding your own mementos to make this album extra special!
