If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return as long as it meets one of the basic conditions below and is within 60 days of purchase.

Returns We Accept

  1. Items delivered by mistake
  2. Items with defects or that have been damaged in the mail
  3. Items in new and unused condition

In some cases, you will not need to ship the items back to us. However, if you're instructed to mail your returned item back to us, please follow these instructions.

How to Return Your Item to Us

  • Include a copy of your order invoice in the package along with the item(s) you are returning.
  • Send your package via traceable means, such as UPS, FEDEx, DHL, and USPS. Stampington & Company is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit. Having a tracking number will help hold the postal carrier accountable to you and your shipment.

  2. Items purchased more than 60 days ago
  3. Items that have been used
