Artfully Arranged Gift Box Project
This holiday season try and create something special for you sister, mom or best friend using this idea as a springboard.
Create a stunning box filled with beautiful things in a color palette that you love. I know I would be delighted to receive a box like this!
I recycled an old gift box that had an outdated pattern that I was not fond of. Liquid adhesive can be quite time consuming so for a quick packaging idea like this one, I just used a tape runner style adhesive.
I used my favorite Cavallini & Co. Decorative Wrap which is the Flora & Fauna Bird pattern. Everything inside the box coordinates with the deco wrap. I lined the box with the kraft tissue paper and then gradually added various odds ends like a mug, a few pairs of socks, a wallet, pocket mirror, bar of soap, hand soap and more.
If some of your gift items don’t coordinate well with the palette you’re working with, just wrap them inside some kraft wrapping paper or a colored bitty bag and then bundle them together with Divine Twine.
