Subscription Questions
Find out when your first issue will arrive based on when you placed your order. Renewals begin with the next available issue after your subscription ends.
Art Journaling
Orders received between February 19th - May 19th begin with the July 2024 issue.
Orders received between May 19th - August 20th will begin with the October 2024 issue.
Orders received between August 21th - November 19th will begin with the January 2025 issue.
Orders received after November 19th will begin with the April 2025 issue.

How to Find the Date Your Subscription was Placed Online
- Login to your cart account
- Or click on "My Account" from our website's header
- Check your "Orders" to locate your subscription purchase
Your order summary includes the date you purchased your subscription!
Subscription issues should arrive within the first week of the month your publication is released. Please add up to two weeks for international delivery.
If your magazine has not arrived by the 20th of the month, please contact our customer service department, so we can check to make sure nothing is amiss with your subscription, and see if you're eligible for a replacement copy. International subscribers can receive a digital version of the magazine as a replacement if one attempt has already been made to deliver the print edition to you.
Stampington & Company cannot be held responsible for postal delays or circumstances outside of our control, but we will make every effort to make it right.
Our subscriptions ship directly from our printer in Wisconsin. For this reason, we need to be notified of your change of address at least two months before the next issue comes out, or it will be sent to the address we had on file and provided to our printer at the time it was due.
How to Notify Us About Your Change of Address
- Email the following to customerservice@stampington.com:
- The publication(s) you subscribe to
- Your name and new address
- Your old address

Mail Forwarded by the Post Office
If you forward mail to your new address through the Post Office, it won't apply to periodicals/your magazine subscription unfortunately. Also, since mail forwarding only lasts for a short time-frame, we request that you still notify us of your address change to prevent any service interruption to your subscription.
Stampington & Company cannot be held responsible for replacing "lost" issues from your subscription, if we did not receive your change of address request at least two months prior to your next issue's release date.
You can find our how many issues you have left in your subscription by checking your magazine's mailing label.
It should look something like this:
The number that appears above your name indicates how many issues you have remaining.
When the label reads "1 ISSUE(S) LEFT," the next issue will be your last, and it is time to renew!
Renewal Notifications
- If we have your email on file, you will receive a courtesy renewal notification from us when your subscription is about to expire.
- U.S. subscribers may also receive a renewal notification by mail, if your subscription has lapsed.
- If you are not receiving any renewal notification from us, please contact customer service to make sure we have your correct information.
If you are unsure when your subscription will end or need assistance renewing, contact customer service at any time.

If something goes wrong with your order, we'll make every effort to make it right.
Here is what you need to know about making a return or exchange.
All returns must be received within 60 days of purchase.
Returns We Accept
- Items delivered by mistake
- Items with defects or that have been damaged during shipment
- Regularly-priced merchandise, within 60 days of purchase and in new and unused condition.
How to Return Incorrect or Damaged Items
In most cases, you will not need to ship these items back to us. Please contact us, so we can issue you a full refund, or help you make an exchange.
How to Return Regularly-Priced Merchandise
- Include a copy of your order invoice in the package along with the items you are returning.
- Send your package via traceable means, including UPS, FEDEx, DHL, and USPS. Stampington & Company is not responsible for any items lost in the mail that are returned without a tracking number.

We offer FREE shipping on all magazine subscriptions and instant download purchases to our customers. You can also take advantage of free U.S. shipping on select pre-orders of your favorite magazines (discounted International rates will apply). What are my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated by weight, shipping destination, and speed. You will be able to choose the best delivery method for your needs at checkout.
To help keep your costs down, we offer a discounted rate of $5.95 to ship a single magazine to you (within the United States).
If an order does not reach you, it may have been lost in the mail, or delivered to an incorrect address. In either of these cases, you may be eligible to have a replacement shipped to you. Please contact customer service with the following details:
1) Customer's Full Name
2) Order #
3) Date of Purchase
4) Shipping Address
To be eligible for a replacement shipment, you must make a claim within 60 days of the date of purchase.

We ship items using FedEx, the United States Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS) or Dalsey Hillblom Lyn (DHL). While we do our best to keep you updated on current rates, these are always subject to change per the postal carriers and will be reflected before you place an order at checkout.
Customs Information for International Orders
All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your postal carrier if you have any questions regarding customs fees.
If you choose Priority shipping: Domestic orders usually arrive within 3 - 6* business days.
For Standard shipping: Domestic orders may take up to 7 - 14* business days to arrive.
Please note that postal carriers experience delays due to increment weather and during the peak holiday season that can extend these estimated delivery time-frames.
*Shipping estimates are subject to availability. If any of the items you ordered are unavailable or out of stock, the expected time of delivery may be longer, and we will make at least one attempt to notify you of this by telephone or email.
Postal Carrier Delays
Sometimes the postal carriers we work with experience delays that are outside of our control. We thank you in advance for understanding any extra delays caused by inclement weather in your area, COVID measures/high volume, and seasonal rushes that keep our postal carriers extra busy during the holidays, once your package is out of our hands and in theirs.
