Cooking evokes different memories and emotions for every woman. Sometimes cooking is all about the food being prepared, and other times it’s all about the people sharing it. In Where Women Cook, you will read the personal articles of women who hold cooking on a pedestal, and they share their family recipes and traditions, touching food-related memories, kitchen tips and tricks, and let us in to their beautiful kitchens.

Each quarterly issue of Where Women Cook includes nearly a dozen feature articles spotlighting both home cooks and celebrities. Each woman writes her personal journey with food and cooking, and shares a couple of her favorite recipes with readers. Featuring succulent recipes is a staple of any food magazine, as well as including instructions and photographs to get readers’ tastebuds watering. The element setting Where Women Cook apart from any other cooking magazine is that is about more than just the food. It is a publication built around the deep relationship and cultural significance we as humans have with not just eating good food, but also the almost spiritual, artistic act of creation many people feel when cooking an excellent meal. As a publication aiming for more than just supplying you with cooking tips and recipes, we understand the deeply ingrained sense of tradition and pride when preparing food, whether lemon infused shortbread cookies or rosemary glazed lamb, and recognize cooking for those you care about to be a true act of love and community.

A publication centered around a shared love of food, Where Women Cook features 144 pages of personal stories and delicious recipes perfectly blended with stunning photographs to capture the special moments created with food. Aside from the recipes and heartwarming stories, Where Women Cook offers many other goodies, such as tips for creating more storage space in the kitchen, advice on compiling the perfect menu for the holidays, and guidance on cultivating décor meant to enhance the enjoyment of the meal you have carefully prepared with love.

With so many morsels of wisdom to glean, as well as succulent food and drink recipes, this visually stunning magazine is a publication for women who appreciate the beauty of cooking as something more than a daily necessity, but also see cooking as a daily joyful endeavor. Food is more than something you feed your family. It is a feeling you give the ones you love.

For over 20 years, our aim has been to bring more beauty and creativity to the world with our personalized and reader-inspired publications. From cooking to sewing and paper crafts to quilting, we strive to bring our readers the insights and inspirations they need to propel them into following their own creative passions and joining us in making the world a more fun and vibrant place.
