That Look of Hand-Lettering

No reviews yet

Everywhere you look, you see something that’s been hand-lettered. Chalkboard signs, company logos, home décor are just a few things people add a scripted word to. It’s a look so many of us love, but one that many of us may not be that great at. Thanks to these script word stamps from Ranger, you don’t have to spend hours perfecting your brush lettering. With the addition of glitter and metallic embossing powders, you’ll find yourself stamping words on just about every surface you can find.

Whenever I’m in need of a quick gift, I always turn to a stack of handmade cards. So many people wish they hand cards on hand for any occasion, so gifting a set of simple, yet elegant cards can be the perfect present. For this particular set of cards, I really only had a few minutes to crank them out. Can you believe I made all of this in under 10 minutes? To create these cards, simply stamp your chosen word(s) in watermark ink on the bottom right corner of a pre-folded card. Sprinkle embossing powder over the stamped word, shake off excess, and activate the powder with a heat tool. The simplicity of the card and the beauty of the lettering makes it hard to believe these cards aren’t store-bought. You can make a set of cards that features the same stamped greeting on each one, or you can switch the sentiment up. Place your stamped cards inside a glassine envelope, fold over, and secure the package with torn sari ribbon and a stamped tag. If you want to go one step further, you can always add a nice bottle of something delicious.
