Somerset Studio Mar/Apr 2000

Many things inspire us to create, but inspiration itself is always necessary to pick up a paintbrush, stamp, or sheet of paper and start an artistic journey. In the March/April 2000 issue of Somerset Studio we looked to the great Pharaohs of Egypt and Egyptian artwork for inspiration, like the Egyptian stamp carvings by Anne Bagby, the pyramid box created by Eileen Skoog, and Egyptian sarcophagus stamps featured in With One Stamp.
