I can't get enough of using printed tissue paper lately. I just love how versatile it is. These collage papers from Tim Holtz are especially great, as the different designs are a work of art on their own and can be used just as they are.
I recently found myself with a gift I needed to wrap. The plain gift bag I had looked so boring, and I knew I needed to add something to it to make it special. I adhered the collage paper to white cardstock with gel medium. Doing this really makes the colors pop. I then layered the collage-paper panel onto a piece of kraft cardstock, tied a ribbon around the bottom, and adhered everything to the front of the gift bag. I loved how everything came together, and it only took a couple minutes!
