Ocean Blues Spray Ink Tags Project Directions:
Paint entire tag with black gesso.
Lay stencil flat over one corner of the tag. Spread texture paste with a palette knife. Lift stencil carefully to reveal design.
Spray ink entire tag with different shades of blue. Let dry completely.
Stamp sentiment onto white cardstock, trim, and attach to tag.
