Dab yellow and orange acrylic paint onto your journal page using the mini ink blending tool.

Spritz Distress Spray Stain through stencil. Use scrap paper to mask your journal page to prevent the spray from bleeding into the rest of the work.

Dab more yellow paint onto the background with the mini ink blending tool.

Apply paint through a textured stencil using the mini ink blending tool or a makeup sponge.

Stencil circles onto the background with black acrylic paint.

Add paint splatters with watered-down black acrylic paint.

Stamp and cut out birds, and adhere them with Glossy Accents.

Add Tim Holtz Chitchat and Small Talk word stickers.

Edge the pages with black ink.

Outline the words with a watercolor or marking pencil. Blend with a bit of water using a paint brush.
