Twenty Thirteen Project
Create some News Year’s resolution tins, a simple gift container or some party décor for 2013 with this fun project. You can also use this same idea for birthdays or celebrations!
Start by lightly sanding the square tea tins. Then paint each tin with white acrylic paint and allow to dry. Once the tins have dried thoroughly, take the Creativity Flows cling mount stamp, place it on an acrylic block, and ink it up with Teal blue StazOn ink. Carefully stamp the design on the outside of the tin, and set aside for a few minutes so the ink can dry.
Prepare the standup numbers 2, 0, 1 & 3 by gluing the numbers into their bases, then paint each with silver or grey acrylic paint. Once the paint has dried, glue the bases of the numbers onto the lids of the square tea tins.
