The act of SMASHing into a journal is seriously addicting! I guarantee you that after you’ve completed your first SMASH page or project, you will never again leave a restaurant without nabbing a coaster or business card, depart from a theme park without a ticket stub, or throw away tags and labels from new clothes.
I went through my handbag and found some fun ephemera from the past month to SMASH into a few pages. My ephemera is a mixture of mini calendar pages, ticket stubs, paint swatches from the hardware store, old key chains, clippings from invitations and pamphlets, and more.
Simply open up your SMASH journal with a SMASH stick ready to use in one hand, and begin to stick your stuff onto the pages. You can either hold off on SMASHing until you’ve accumulated a decent amount of ephemera, or just bring your SMASH book and stick on the road and SMASH as you go!
Don’t forget your SMASH tapes, date stamp and tabs. In addition to the tapes and stamp, there are plenty of SMASH accessories to make for a SMASHING good time!
