To begin, cut a piece of 140 lb.coldpress watercolor paper into 3-½" by 2-½" pieces for the base. Prepare ATC surface with Black Gesso. When dry, stamp Letters & Time using Encore Ultimate Metallic Ink. Paint random swatches of Lumiere metallics to finish the card.
