One Necklace Three Ways to Wear It Project
I love the classic simplicity of the flower charm from the Mosaic Shell Combo. I decided to use it with the antique brass chain for an elegant, easy to make necklace. Jewelry making is not my strongest craft so when I saw the Vintage Groove collection I knew it would be perfect form someone like myself - a beginner at jewelry making. Since this project is really quite simple, I decided to show how you could easily were the same necklace three different ways.
Way to Wear it Idea #1:
The first idea is using just one strand of the Antique Brass Chain and simply attaching the flower charm from the Mosaic Shell Design Combo set using pliers from the Tool Kit.
Way to Wear it Idea #2:
For the second idea I connected two of the Antique Brass Chains together to create one long necklace and then looped it to create the double loop look. When connecting the chains, disconnect the first chain so that it just has the "large" loops so it doesn't have the clasp connected – because you will use the clasp that is on the second chain. Use your pliers to open and close the rings and jump rings. Attach the flower.
Way to Wear it Idea #3:
For the third idea I connected two of the Antique Brass Chains together to create one long necklace but instead of looping it like I did in Idea #2 I just left it as one long, oversized necklace. When connecting the chains, disconnect the first chain so that it just has the "large" loops so it doesn't have the clasp connected – because you will use the clasp that is on the second chain. Use your pliers to open and close the rings and jump rings. Attach the flower to the center.
