Paint wire form baskets with blue acrylic paint. When dry, wrap a piece of the floral fabric tape around the outside of the basket. Using the same tape, line the inside edges of the baskets. The tapes will end up sticking to the back of each other nicely through the holes on the basket.
Tie a simple pink bow onto the handle of each basket using pink scrappers floss. Fill the baskets with excelsior or any kind of filling. Add some Easter egg treats and your baskets are ready!
