Winged Frida Project by Danita
One of my favorite Frida Kahlo's quotes is "Feet, what do I need you for when I have wings to fly?" These PaperWhimsy Amazing Alterables were just perfect for capturing Frida’s quote.
Winged Frida Project Directions
Stamp or draw Frida’s face onto cardstock, paint with watercolor paint, and cut out.
Once the painted face is dry, glue it to the face of the Amazing Alterable.
Paint the wings with yellow acrylic paint. Add some details with the black pen and a glitter pen.
Assemble your wooden figure, and glue the wings to the side of the arms.
Cut and glue the dress to the figure and add some details with pencils, pens or stamps.
Paint the shoes.
Your Frida is ready to fly!
