Soap Box Packaging Project
These sweet little boxes are fantastic for packaging soaps, candy or small gifts. They’re easy to make with the Sizzix Where Women Cook Bigz Movers & Shapers Match Box die cut. Use the die cut with the Vagabond Die-Cut Machine and a favorite cardstock to cut out the box templates. The Prima Marketing Divine A4 papers were used. Just be sure to use cardstock and not thin paper. Using thin paper will make the boxes very difficult to construct.
Fold the templates where they are scored and place glue on the tabs to secure their position. Then finish constructing each box. You can alter the boxes by adding labels, ephemera or by tying some seam binding ribbon around the outside of the box and adding a small tag. Add some twine to the area where there is a hole on the front of the box, so you can open the box easily.
Place some natural excelsior or shredded paper inside the box, along with some small soaps and your little soap boxes are ready to go.
