Mixed-Media Love Canvases Project
These mini love-themed canvases are a fun way to get inspired for Valentine’s Day. They’re perfect for hanging up at home, or giving to a loved one.
Start by painting some small canvases (mine are 5.5 x 7 inches) with a coral colored acrylic paint. Stencil over the coral using a mint and also black acrylic paint. I used the The Crafter's Workshop Well Rounded Stencil to add texture to the background. I used foam brushes to stencil with, however if you’re working on a larger surface I suggest using a brayer.
Glue various Project Life cards to the center of each canvas. Then using the Prima Marketing Stitched Cling Stamps, stamp the stitch designs over each card using black ink. Attach some solid green washi and graffiti washi tape in various areas of the canvas to add a little “edginess.”
