Jolly Holiday Soap Gift Project
DIY soap is a super simple gift to give this holiday season. Take it a step further by packing it with pretty lace and twine, adorning with a grubby tag, and tying on a Christmas token.
Jolly Holiday Soap Gift Project Instructions:
Create custom soaps using one of these three recipes: chamomile, lavender, or peppermint.
Once set, cut a strip of wax paper to fit around the soap.
Wrap soap with hand-dyed lace and twine.
Adorn with a grubby tag and a Christmas token.
Stamp “soap” onto an extra small grubby tag.
Package soap in a glassine envelope, wrap with Tim Holtz Holiday Trimmings ribbon, and then attach stamped tag.
For an added touch, fill small tin with herbs and salts.
Stamp “salt” onto distressed tag, cut out, and attach to tin.
Pair with an essential oil or a reusable cotton bag.
