Wonderland Spell Books Project
Create a stack of Alice in Wonderland themed spell books to use as creative home décor this Halloween! You can fill them with all sorts of Halloween treats! Stack your finished Wonderland Spell Books on a coffee table, dining room table or anywhere in the home to add some Halloween flair!
Begin with a set of paper mache books. Paint each one with Moss acrylic paint leaving blank the front cover, inside of the cover and the middle sections because those will be covered with paper. Cut out your favorite Hallowe’en in Wonderland papers to cover the front cover and inside cover for each book. Glue the papers on using Matte Collage Pauge as the adhesive and then paint over the paper with the Collage Pauge to seal it. Cut out the checkered paper from the Hallowe’en in Wonderland 12”x12” paper pad and cut pieces down to size for the middle/pages section for each book. Glue each piece onto the book using the Collage Pauge and sealing it also.
Use brown Mulch acrylic paint and Claudine Hellmuth paintbrushes to paint the stripes onto the bind of each book. Stamp the Wonderland Silhouettes images onto the beige, text patterned paper from the Hallowe’en In Wonderland 12" x 12" Paper Pad with black StazOn ink. Cut out the images and glue one image to the bind of each book.
