Solstice Project by Debbie Metti
To begin, cut a piece of 140 lb.coldpress watercolor paper into 3-1/2" by 2-1/2" pieces for the base. Moisten the watercolor paper with water. Load just a bit of Quinacridone Gold on a large watercolor brush. Concentrate the pigment at the center of the card, and then gradually let it wash out as you move the brush in a circular motion around the card. Allow to dry thoroughly. Stamp Solstice Post in black ink at the center of the card. Spell out words using Copper Alphabet Tiles. Attach red stones and sun charm using GOLDEN® Regular Gel Matte. Highlight areas with Lumiere paints.
