Stamp Postal Shell with Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad on a white matte coat panel. Highlight and color selected areas of the shell image with waterproof art pens. Rub yellow, Pumpkin, Olive Green and Ultramarine Blue StazOn Inks onto the background using sponges. Rub entire image with another application of yellow StazOn ink. Attach the panel to an orange panel. Repeatedly stamp Mesh Border from Shore Cliff Trim on hot pink and orange panels with Ultramarine Blue StazOn Ink. Attach the orange panel to the stamped orange panel. Attach a large square of turquoise mesh on the diagonal to the back, fold the corners back and punch two small holes on each side of the panel. Lace four fibers through the holes and tie in front, as shown. Layer the prepared panel with an orange panel to the pink panel. Attach the pink panel to a top-folded turquoise card.
