Shabby SMASH Pages Project
The retro pink SMASH folio has quickly become my favorite product of the season. The bright page colors and soft, feminine patterns inspire so much creativity! I chose to showcase a quick and easy SMASH page on this shabby chic double-page layout that I created. Using the pink SMASH stick that comes with the folio, I “smashed” in some fun things: assorted personal ephemera, packaging that I love—the options are endless. I added a few other SMASH items to the pages including a little list from the SMASH travel pad and a mini date sheet from the SMASH captions. Don’t forget to use your SMASH stamp for fun quotes—and you can even journal with the other end of the SMASH stick for a finer line. Use small strips of the blue washi tape to adhere the ephemera as well. The bright tape adds a nice contrast to the colors on the page—mix and match with the Flora and Fauna tape by Cavallini & Co. to create your own artistic journal!
