Ruffled Gift Bags Project

These elegant gift bags are perfect for packaging a birthday present, Mother’s Day gift and much more. The pre-sewn bags are available at The Shoppe at Somerset. For a pretty embellishment, all I did was sew the Melissa Frances Silk Ribbons around the top edge of the bags.
Add an elegant gift tag to each bag, which you can personalize if needed. On one of the bags, I used a grubby tag and stamped the Par Avion image onto the tag with brown ink. On the other bag I use a piece of ephemera and stamped the word "confidential" from the same stamp set onto the tag.
Secure the tags to the bags with an elegant hat pin. Fill the bags with natural kraft tissue to complete your lovely gift.
