Poetic Cards Project
Pam Carriker's new stamps are the perfect way to add some mixed-media flair to your paper crafting projects. I decided to do some quick and easy mixed-media cards using the images of women from Pam's stamp line.
Start by misting/spraying some white cardstock with the Cut Grass and Vibrant Turquoise Dylusions spray inks. Cut down the papers into smaller pieces, approximately 4" x 5". Stencil the letters on using the Letter Jumble stencil and Butternut acrylic paint. The paint will need a good 10-15 minutes to dry.
Once the paint has dried, stamp the Poetic Portrait images onto the pieces as you like, using black StazOn ink and an acrylic block.
Glue the pieces onto the dark blue cards from the blue card stacks and then add some small clip art text from ARTchix Studio’s Tell Me Another Story Collage Sheet.
