Join guest artist Shannon Sawyer for some Stampotique holiday inspiration! Shannon’s spooky little tags and packages are perfect for a quirky holiday note.
To create the oversized tags, ink up some white cardstock with your favorite spray inks. For a more shimmery effect try the Shimmerz Vibez spray, or alternatively try the Ranger Adirondack Color Wash sprays or the dylusions spray inks. Allow the tag background to dry.
On a separate piece of white cardstock, stamp the Stampotique designs with black ink. Color in the images using your favorite markers, we recommend either Copic Markers or Distress Markers. Cut out the images and then glue them to the tags and to the outside of some patterned bitty bags.
Add some clip art words to the tags and bags as you like, and then use ribbons to wrap each package. On the polka dot bag Shannon used jute ribbon and on the diagonal striped bag she used Peppermint bakers twine.
