Mail Art Inspiration Project
My inspiration for this project was from a mail art project that I saw in a Papaya Art catalog. I decided to try some mail art myself to show you just how cool the correspondence stickers are, and with a few other supplies you can dress up a package really easily.
Using brown Kraft paper I wrapped a few different packages. Handwrite your recipients name and address on various Papaya Art correspondence label stickers. Attach the labels to the packages. Use some of the smaller, decorative labels from the correspondence sticker and attach them diagonally onto the packages. If they are blank you can stamp the various words onto them from the Cavallini & Co. Numbers & Symbols Rubber Stamps set. Using Glimmer Glam paints I decorated each package with some scallop, swirl and polka dot designs. The glimmer in the paint really compliments the glitter on the stickers. I used a little stickles glitter glue to do some extra swirl designs and small polka dots. Once all the Glam and Stickles have dried, tie each package with your favorite color of Divine Twine. I used Licorice, green, and orange.
