These cards are perfect for Mother’s Day, yet versatile enough to use for any occasion. The cards coordinate perfectly with our DIY Lip Balm project. Both projects feature the lovely pure fabric tapes and mini flashcards.
Start by spritzing plain white cards with the meadow mist and allow to dry. Once dried, glue some torn pieces of vintage French text or sheet music to each card in a random fashion. Attach some simple strips of the wider, floral tape as desired.
Place some small strips of the pink striped tape from the pure set on the cards and then add the mini flashcards. Using blue acrylic paint do small swooshes of paint on the areas where the floral tape edge connects with the vintage papers.
Pair the cards with the DIY lip balm for an artful and creative gift that's suitable for any occasion!
