Every party MUST have pretty (and tasty) cupcakes displayed on a cupcake tier with cute little flags! Elysa made the most adorable flags for her homemade cupcakes using minimal supplies. Start by printing or handwriting the name of the treat onto cardstock from the Blissful paper collection. Cut the cardstock to desired length, fold it in half and attach it to the top of a toothpick with adhesive. Use a square punch or simply snip the edges to create the flag shape, and you’ve just created instant decor that doubles as a delicious dessert!
