Christmas Joy Box Project by Audrey Hernandez
Start with a plain wooden box and paint the bottom portion with red paint and the lid white (5AA-ALD22671). Ink up the wrought scroll (C8473) using the Acrylic Paint Dabber Snow Cap (5AA-ALD22671) and stamp on bottom part of the box. On the lid add some vintage Christmas music paper that has been inked all over with the Snow Cap Dabber (5AA-ALD22671). Scrunch the paper up around the sides and glue down. Add another scrap of paper to the center. Then add 6 postage stickers from the Christmas Post Faux Postage sheet(5AR-P304) to the center of the box. Take a plain wooden star and cover it with walnut ink and then add to center of box lid. Add red glitter stickers that spell out the word 'joy' and then outline the word with a white gel pen to make the letters stand out more. Add some red ric-rac from the Vintage Hip Trims all around the edge of the box lid.
