Paint a watercolor panel with Black Gesso. Stamp Dandelion Printwith blue Opalite ink and sponge the edges with the same ink. Heat set the ink. Punch out six flowers from a sheet of lavender vellum from Pastel Vellum Papers. Sponge the flowers with the Opalite ink and apply lavender Pearl Ex powder. Heat set the ink. Align the flowers together to create three flowers. Stitch black buttons from to the center of each flower with silver thread. Attach the flowers to the panel, as shown. Smudge Black Gesso and lavender Pearl Ex on Silver Letter Tiles, spelling Bloom. Attach the letter tiles to the left side of the panel. Glue three leaves from Collected OBJECTS for Creative Minds and black flower rhinestones from Accent Kit - Classic to the panel, as shown. Attach the panel to a silver panel.
