Artistic Scrapbooking with Cling Mount Stamps Project by Dina Wakley
Dina’s artistic scrapbook page is a mixture of painting, stamping, gluing, and stitching that you can easily recreate.
Artistic Scrapbooking Project Instructions
Start by watering down some purple acrylic paint in a bowl.
Apply a generous amount of paint to the left edge of the layout, then tip the page to let it drip down the paper.
Using Dina Wakley's Grungy Circles design, stamp randomly over the page in blue and orange ink.
On a separate sheet of white cardstock, stamp hearts using your purple acrylic paint and water mixture (or purple ink). Cut the heart images out.
Using a black sharpie or journaling pen of your choice, journal on the page, writing along the “dripped” paint lines.
Stitch the photos on the page using black thread, then stitch the border around the page. Staple pictures on to the page. Add some small, torn pieces of book text on the hearts.
