Altered Water Bottles Project by Lan Nguyen
Dress up some water bottles for a Summer Celebrations' party! These are the perfect favors to create a bit of ambiance at any outdoor gathering and at the same time, be utterly functional on a warm summer's day. First, start by covering the original bottle label with some cardstock in the color of your choice, as Lan Nguyen did for this project. On a piece of cream cardstock, Lan stamped the bird image with black ink and the word "water" using the typewriter stamps with red ink. Cut the image out, and attach it to the bottle using the Peppermint fabric tape. Display these creative thirst quenchers on your celebrations' table for some instant hydrating gratification for your guests. Don't forget – you can always keep the bottles and reuse them for future parties!
