Spray a watercolor paper panel with Sea Glass glimmer mist. Stamp Polka Dot Heart image on the panel with Pumpkin StazOn ink. Set aside. Stamp Florette image on a piece of vellum and layer this over the heart.
Attach a jewel to the center of the stamped flower. Place this over some old book paper, scrap fabric and a 7gypsies 'Receipt' card. Attach the final image to a folded note card.
