Apply a small amount of Gesso to the center of six Vintage Tags. Allow to dry, and stamp letters from Scratch Alphabet Med.to spell "Party." Apply embellishments, such as Artful Collage Flowers, vintage buttons and gold foil birds. Stamp an image from the Mad Hatter's Tea Party onto a scrap of vintage text, and adhere to the banner. Distress the tags using a VersaColor Ink Pad in Black. String together the tags into a banner using Scrapper's Floss in brown.
