Glue the sheet music page from the ATC Paper Pad - Military to one of the playing cards from the ATC Collection Collector's Tin - First Edition. Trim close to the edges & round the corners. Cut flag, quote & soldier image from the same ATC Paper Pad - Military. Glue to front of card as shown. Punch holes through card & embellish with Mini Brads - Star - Silver as shown. Use a red Sharpie marker to edge the ATC.
