"A few years back I made some lovely Christmas placemats using Cavallini & Co. Deco Wrap and since then I have been itching to create more. I recently found this adorable Thanksgiving placemat idea on Pinterest and had to give it a whirl." – Vanessa Spencer, Shoppe Manager
Our kraft paper rolls are a great, inexpensive option for paper to use in this project. Vanessa cut four sheets of kraft paper to approximately 11 x 16". With a black permanent marker she wrote in script “I’m Thankful For…” on the top right hand corner.
Using the 7gypsies Numero stamp set, stamp the largest sized numbers 1 through 5 on the right side with black ink. Then, with your black permanent marker and a ruler, draw a line next to each number.
Unless you have a personal laminating machine, you will need to visit your local office supply or printing service store to have the papers laminated. Once they are laminated, you can use a white board marker to write down the things you're thankful for at your thanksgiving affaire. The marker easily rubs off, making these laminated placemats perfect to reuse for future gatherings.
