A Pop of Color Pocket Cards Project

No reviews yet

I love the new Tim Holtz Pocket Cards! They are so versatile and come in an assortment of sizes. However, I found them to be a bit masculine and monochromatic. In an effort to add a pop of color and make them feel more girly, I paired them with Roben-Marie Smith’s Art Pops Sticker Tape. The colorful tape added an instant burst of color to muted tones of the pocket cards, and coordinated well with the glassine envelopes.

A Pop of Color Pocket Cards Project Directions

Add a strip of sticker tape across a kraft glassine envelope.

Add glue dots to your selected pocket card, and then attach to the envelope.

Fill with notes to self, stuff with money and give as a gift, or use it as a piece of mail art. You could also punch holes down the side and attach it to a journal or bound book — the possibilities are endless.
