UPC:

Guest Artist Mou Saha is a well-known artistic blogger, has been published in Somerset Memories, and does design team work for many top crafting companies including gelatos manufacturer Faber-Castell. With 2013 just around the corner, it’s not too early to start your New Year inspired projects. Mou recently created these projects for the Faber-Castell-100 Proof Press Blog Hop.

The 2013 Calendar page cover project was created with 100 Proof Press and Faber-Castell Design Memory Crafts products. In addition to the cover you can also see the October page that Mou created.

For both projects, Mou used the following colors from the Gelatos set: Lemon, Cotton Candy, Pistachio, Black Licorice, Mango, Tangerine, Guava, Metallic Melon, Grape, and Boysenberry. Mou also used some Stampers big brush pens.

The projects feature a technique where you blend the gelato colors together. This can be done easily by simply rubbing them lightly once you have drawn onto you canvas or paper, or you can use a small amount of water (the gelatos are water soluble) to blend them nicely.

If you need some numbers stamps we recommend the Cavallini & Co. Vintage numbers stamp set and for the script design on the background you could try our Dina Wakley stamp images.
