Essential Oil Blends to Give a Friend or Keep for Yourself
Everywhere you look these days, people are talking about all the benefits of essential oils — certain oils can provide relaxation, while others can help clear up a stuffy nose. One of the most common ways of using essential oils is to create a blend and apply them with a roll top glass bottle. These bottles can be tucked away in your purse and used whenever you are in need. The roll top bottles are a perfect surface for altering, too.
While these blends are great to create for yourself, they also make an easy, yet meaningful gift. What better way to tell a friend you’re thinking of them than to create an essential oil mixture especially for them? A simple Internet search will yield numerous blends with a number of benefits. Soon you’ll find yourself mixing up some batches to gift everyone you know!
Directions:
Begin by finding an essential oil blend that meets your needs. Fill bottle with the blend and replace roll top and lid. Wipe bottle with rubbing alcohol to remove any oil residue.
Apply rub-ons carefully to the bottle, ensuring the rub-on is completely adhered. Apply a sealant, if desired.
Wrap lid with hand-dyed ribbon and give to someone who could use a little bit of kindness.
Essential Oil Blends to Get You Started:
You can play around with your favorite essential oils until you come up with a blend you like, but here are a few of my favorites:
- 6 drops grapefruit + 6 drops orange + 4 drops lemon + 2 drops bergamot
- 6 drops lemongrass + 6 drops lavender + 6 drops eucalyptus
- 6 drops lemon + 6 drops lavender + 6 drops grapefruit
- 6 drops tangerine + 6 drops spearmint + 6 drops lemongrass

Our subscriptions ship directly from our printer in Wisconsin. For this reason, we need to be notified of your change of address at least two months before the next issue comes out, or it will be sent to the address we had on file and provided to our printer at the time it was due.
How to Notify Us About Your Change of Address
- Email the following to customerservice@stampington.com:

- Your old address

Mail Forwarded by the Post Office
If you forward mail to your new address through the Post Office, it won't apply to periodicals/your magazine subscription unfortunately. Also, since mail forwarding only lasts for a short time-frame, we request that you still notify us of your address change to prevent any service interruption to your subscription.
Stampington & Company cannot be held responsible for replacing "lost" issues from your subscription, if we did not receive your change of address request at least two months prior to your next issue's release date.
Subscription issues should arrive within the first week of the month your publication is released. Please add up to two weeks for international delivery.
If your magazine has not arrived by the 20th of the month, please contact our customer service department, so we can check to make sure nothing is amiss with your subscription, and see if you're eligible for a replacement copy. International subscribers can receive a digital version of the magazine as a replacement if one attempt has already been made to deliver the print edition to you.
