Easy Tub Tea Sampler Project by Johanna Love
Who doesn't like a nice soak in the bath? That's why I was so excited to see that The Shoppe at Somerset now carries these large tea bags. In under 10 minutes, you can serve up a handmade sampler of aromatic options that look and smell like they are straight out of Willow and Sage. They make a quick and easy gift, or you can pamper yourself with a well-deserved soak.
Easy Tub Tea Sampler Project Instructions:
Use a foam brush to paint a wooden crate with chalkboard paint.
Once dry, stamp message with typewriter alphabet on front with grey ink.
Stamp initial representing each herb onto a small grubby tag.
Fill each tea bag with salt and herbs of your choice, such as chamomile flowers and dead sea salts.
Fold over the top of each, punch two holes in each, and string corresponding tags through the holes and tie closed. Arrange in crate as desired.
*Be careful not to overfill the tea bags. It doesn’t take a lot to create an aromatic bath, and due to the delicate nature of the tea bags, seams may separate if contents are too heavy.
