Back to School Teacher Treat Boxes Project
Sparkling new backpacks, neat and trim haircuts, the smell of freshly sharpened pencils … back-to-school season is upon us! Make a great first impression on new teachers by sending a treat along on the first day of school. Something small, like candy or even a homemade cookie will make teachers feel extra special.
Back to School Teacher Treat Boxes Project Tutorial:
For this project you will need the milk carton Where Women Cook Die Cut and the Tim Holtz Vagabond Machine to cut out the pieces of the treat box from kraft cardstock.
Once you have your die cuts, stamp a notebook image and numbers and letters onto the box pieces with permanent ink. You can also include a “from” message on the back.
Assemble the box; remember that before you seal the top of the milk cartons, you need to add your treats.
Finally, add some twine to the top of the box for a finished and polished look.
