Five-Minute Field Notebook Project
Inspired to use the contents within our School Krafting Kit. I created goodie bags first, but still found myself inspired to create more. I love carrying around notebooks, and usually have one with me at all times. I thought it would be fun to create a collection of small little field notebooks so that I’m never far from my pen or paper.
Five-Minute Field Notebook Project Directions
Using the contents from School Kraft Kit, fold five sheets of ruled newsprint school paper in half, lengthwise. Use a sharp craft knife or paper cutter to cut the paper.
Measure and fold the kraft paper to be the same length and width of the ruled newsprint school paper.
Fold both the newsprint and kraft paper in half. Pierce or punch holes down the fold, and bind with twine.
Stamp text on to library card pockets with black ink.
Attach the pocket to the front of the notebook with alphabet tape.
Stuff the pocket with a library card and Tim Holtz Pocket Cards.
