This week I challenged myself to take one art stamp,

With One Stamp Project Instructions:

1. Beautiful Adventure Wood Block Mixed-Media Collage

Collage old book text and patterned paper onto wood substrate with gel medium.

Stamp flowers onto tissue paper with black permanent ink. Place over collaged wood, and adhere with gel medium.

Once the entire surface is dry, use the Mini Ink Blending Tool and Distress Ink Minis to blend light tones of color onto the surface, using a combination of Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry, Spun Sugar, and Faded Jeans.

Edge with Faded Jeans Distress Ink.

Add ChitChat Word Stickers, sealing with gel medium.

Randomly add gel medium to the background, and then sprinkle on mica flakes.

Tie blue jute around the bottom.

2. The Good Stuff Moleskine Notebook

Use the Mini Ink Blending tool and Distress Ink Minis to add color to a sheet of white cardstock.

Stamp flowers directly onto the background. Cut to size, and edge with blue ink.

Add Small Talk Stickers to the bottom corner.

For added contrast, cut a strip of patterned paper, and glue to the back of the stamped image.

Use glue dots to attach to Moleskine Journal.

3. Distress Embossing Ink and stamp flower image directly onto a sheet of white cardstock. Cover with violet embossing powder. Use a heat tool to set.

Use Mini Ink Blending tool and Distress Ink Minis to add color to the background.

Layer the embossed image onto a corrugated cardboard, and then back with black cardstock.

Add metal word bands over the top of the image, using fasteners to hold in place.

Thread with twine or wire to hang.
