Resist Journal and Memory Book Project
Start by spraying the Prima Marketing Mixed Media Album Cover 3 with pink and orange colored spray inks. Allow to dry, then roughly paint swatches of blue and white acrylic paints onto the cover. When the paint has dried, add some decorative washi tape to the cover to give it a mixed-media style. Add a piece of vintage text to the cover with a wood embellishment that has been painted to blend with the colors on the cover.
Embellish and add photos to the Prima Marketing Mixed Media Album Photo Sleeves and Prima Marketing Mixed Media Album Sheets as desired. In this project, our Shoppe Manager added black and white photographs, vintage text, transparencies and kraft colored ephemera to the pockets. She also sewed some of the pockets shut with black thread. You can also add the chit chat stickers to create fun titles.
On the cardstock pages, experiment by adding pictures, ephemera, tape, and more as desired. These crafty journals are a great way to store you memories or get organized with an edgy, mixed-media style.
