Ombré Mini Canvas Valentine Project
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we’re exploring the vivid hues of red and pink that the holiday is famous for. This project also embraces the ombré trend with layers of paint. Add some stamped details and metallic touches for a set of canvases that will brighten any home, work cubicle, or studio space.
Ombré Mini Canvas Valentine Project Directions
Prime four mini canvases with white acrylic paint. Let dry.
Mix white and red acrylic paint to create a nice pink. Paint the background with layers of red, white, and pink paint to create an Ombré effect. Blend well with a brush.
Stamp letters onto a separate sheet of paper. Cut out.
Glue letters to the canvas with gel medium.
Attach Dina Wakley’s Fine Tip Applicator to Glitz acrylic paint, and add dots.
