Let It Snow: Bath Salts Scene

There’s just something about snow. It inspires fond memories of digging out Grandpa’s driveway and building snow forts with the freshly shoveled powder. It reminds me of snowball fights with cousins and playing until our cheeks and noses were rosy red.

This easy project captures a little snowy scene so that you can enjoy it all year round. The bath salts can also be used to give the gift of relaxation to that special someone.

Bath Salts Scene Directions:

Add Epsom and Dead Sea Salts together in a bowl and sprinkle with a few drops of essential oils. Stir thoroughly and fill half of the spice jar.

With a mini mister, spritz the top of the salts with water. This will bind the top of the salt together slightly so that your scene can sit on top of the salts and survive a little bit of movement.

Use tweezers to position resin deer and bottle brush trees in the salts.

Fasten the lid on. Add gold rub-ons sentiment to a ticket, then tie ticket to the rim of the jar with jute trim. Cover the lid with a distressed piece of paper, or decorate the lid with more rub-ons.
