Create the perfect tiny, treat bag to give to a friend or loved one this Valentine’s Day. These charming bags are pretty and simple, and they’re the perfect DIY project to help add a one-of-a-kind touch to an already special Valentine’s gift.
Filled with Love DIY Favors Project Instructions:
Start by spritz a handmade muslin bag with Cherry Pie and Postbox Red Dylusions Ink Spray, and then let dry.
Next, using the Vintage Love Notes stamp set by Cavallini & Co., stamp “XOXO” onto half of your bags with permanent black ink. Add some hearts to your remaining bags using Dina Wakley’s Collage Heart stamps.
To add a touch of rustic charm, stamp a few metal rimmed grubby tags with some of the small hearts from the Vintage Love Notes set.
Finally, string the metal rimmed grubby tag with some naturally colored twine, and use it to close your hand-dyed bags after they’ve been filled with goodies.
