The motherhood journal was featured in the Autumn 2009 issue of Art Journaling. The book was a collaborative journal by Shannon Mucha and Shona Cole. The idea for their journal emerged from a need to be accountable for finding the time to create art and to create art on the theme that is closest to our hearts: Motherhood. Shona guides you through the Artist's Workshop, a 12-week course that includes step-by-step instructions for making artwork inspired by your children. You'll also be introduced to seven other artistic mothers from whom you can draw inspiration and encouragement.
