Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel (UTEE) is a specially formulated, large particle embossing powder. Used with a heat tool, the first layer creates a bumpy texture, while the second and more layers create a smooth finish. The layers can be crackled or stamped into. For one of a kind embellishments and jewelry, melt UTEE in Ranger's Melting Pot and immerse pieces shrink plastic to create “glass” pieces or pour into molds!
